Spa Hevelia – Cosmic Elegance Captured in Amber

In the heart of a historic space, a place has emerged that redefines the very concept of luxury and relaxation. Spa Hevelia is a unique project where tradition meets modernity, and earthly matter draws inspiration from… the cosmos. A key role in this realization was played by Migaloo Home, which created custom, artistic furniture panels featuring Baltic amber.

A Dialogue Between History and the Universe

The project’s concept is based on an extraordinary fusion of two worlds: a heritage interior and visual inspirations drawn from images captured by the James Webb Space Telescope. The designers incorporated motifs of nebulae, galaxies, and stellar constellations, translating them into the spa space through color, light, and texture.

The dominant palette — deep navy blue and noble gold — evokes the vastness of the cosmos and the regal elegance of historic interiors. This combination creates an atmosphere of calm, mystery, and timeless beauty.

Artistic Amber Panels – The Heart of the Project

The most distinctive elements of the arrangement are the original artistic furniture panels with amber, designed and crafted by Migaloo Home. They were used as:

• wall panels
• mirror frames
• wall sconces
• side tables
• illuminated panels

Each of these pieces is a unique work of functional art. Within the structure of the panels, natural Baltic amber is selectively backlit, glowing with a warm, golden light like stardust scattered across the space.

A Space That Engages the Senses

The interior of Spa Hevelia is far more than a place for treatments — it is a full sensory experience. Soft lighting, golden reflections, the organic texture of amber, and the cosmic color scheme create an environment that promotes regeneration of both body and mind.

Guests immerse themselves in an atmosphere of tranquility that simultaneously inspires and captivates. Every detail has been carefully designed to evoke a sense of exclusivity and harmony.

A New Dimension of Luxury

The Migaloo Home realization at Spa Hevelia demonstrates that luxury does not have to mean mere opulence. It can be a story — about nature, history, and the universe. It can bring together a local material like Baltic amber with a forward-looking vision inspired by the cosmos. During our work in the studio, we even hung photos of outer space on the walls 🙂
